I completed my undergraduate education at Bennington College in Vermont, where I pursued a double major in acting and ceramics. Continuing my educational journey, I obtained a master's degree from Antioch University in clinical psychology and also hold a doctorate degree in psychology from the California Graduate Institute (now the Chicago School of Professional Psychology).
I believe in the power of holistic well-being and strive to bring that approach into my therapeutic work. I utilize psychodynamic therapy to delve into and explore past experiences aimed at addressing unresolved childhood issues. This allows you to reconnect and heal the wounded aspects of your inner child which is truly a transformative journey.
I've been through a lot in my life. I've experienced significant suffering. This has set me up for what I do: help people with their healing journey. I get it. I lived it. The pain prepared me and set me up to go beyond it and reach other's pain. I can guide you through it and out, to find the peace you deserve. Happiness is your birthright.
On a lighter note, I have an amazing furry four-legged co-therapist who happens to be my adorable dog Emma She may join us at times! I also feel humor can sometimes be the best medicine and I have plenty-so along with the serious I'm sure we will also have a laugh or two. I look forward to meeting you!
